Everytime I cross the border I am asked for either a birth certificate or passport, it's standard here on the West Coast.............

Did I hear that correctly?
Not even close.

They may ask to see your driver's license - since 9/11 they ask everyone crossing the border to carry ID with them, but that's the extent of it.

Someone mentioned in the other thread something about hassles crossing the border - those were the Canadians on the West Coast who apparantly have quite the difficulties.

The only hassles you'll have here are potentially traffic - although as I mentioned before, I don't think Sunday morning seems like a generally busy time.

Bumping this up a notch.

I have called Moe, and IASCA should have a strong presence there with competitors. Moe says he's probably coming too, if he doesn't have a conflict with dates.

KanKar is coming with up to four guys, including the possibility of having master installer Matt Bogardt from Image Dynamics present.

There's five free MS6 sets left. I am surprised these haven't been gobbled up yet. Still waiting to hear from you guys from the original thread that said you coming (except for JohnVroom, and MONSTER) **cough** hint **cough**

This is definitely going to be a good day of learning for those going ....... and a lot of fun. If you're not signed up and your sitting on the fence as to whether or not to go, don't. GO. You will NOT regret it especially if you are serious about car audio

Don't be alarmed by us old folks. We might complain of incontinence once in a while, but generally we're a good bunch to hang around with. LOL

Seriously though, there are plenty young car audiophiles in the bunch as well, and you'll kick yourself for not coming. For the price of a 100 foot roll of Dynamat, or a fancy fuse distribution block, you'll come away with years of knowledge (not just from me, but from the incredible group we are cooking up). Put your hand up, and ask what you think is a seemingly stupid question, and then have a half dozen others in the room tell you later that they wanted to ask the same thing. You'll be motivated and inspired when you walk out of the seminar...ready to start the application phase to your own vehicle...
