I'm introducing USACi as well as IASCA this year. Please log on to www.soundoff.org for all the rules and reg of USACi. This goes for SPL as well.

If you already have the IASCA cd and rulebook you only have to renew, it doesn't cost much. And the USACi memberships cost less then iasca membersships.
