Subs in small enclosure?
Hi guys I got a newbee type question here and hope I can come up with some answers. I have a home made enclosure under the back seat of my truck. Due to size limitations I was only able to build in .65 cubic ft of space for each sub and am also limited to a 10" woffer. So far I have ripped the spiders from the cones on a set of Audiobahn AW1000Q and now one of my MB Quart subs is dead. My sub amp is a SS 1000s rated a 200 per channel. Whats your recomendations for SQ type subs in this size enclosure and power level? It would be nice to get something that will last longer than what ive been getting.
Thanks
Thanks
Thank for the reply, it seems the Audiobahns were not that good even though I had bought (what I thought) were their better ones. They did seem to hit allot harder than the MB Quarts but.......
How about Elemental Designs 11Kv.2 or 11Ov.2? Both are designed for 0.4-0.6 cubes sealed and 0.8-1.0 cubes vented.
