can you explain why, without factoring in brand, or specs, why you don't like them?

I did the same search about a month ago for someone else who was looking for 2 ohm speakers. I'm also interested in 2 ohm becauser i need more volume up front and my amps would do 190 wrms if i switched to 2 ohm speakers.
Polk audio and infinity kappas looked like the best buys. RE XXX 6.5 comps are way out of my budget. Someone else on here used JBL GTO's, he said he had a problem but hasn't posted the outcome yet.

The setup you want is to maximize volume not SQ and that is fine. But for your setup a coax with high efficiency rather than low impedance might be best (and your amp will still be happy driving a higher impedance to boot)

Thanx for the tips. I just looked up the ID's and they look good and revues are good. I had the midbass's in my old car, so i know they're good.
Do they sell the mids and tweets without the crossovers?
Does anybody know where i can buy them in Toronto Area? I live in Ajax, so anywhere from Scarboro to Oshawa would be good.
