Good luck with the instal! DIY can be a lot of fun.. just make sure you don't rush anything (that was always my problem, I would rush out to the garage as soon as I got a new piece of equipment, and didn't put enough time into it). If you give yourself plenty of time, and do your homework, it should work out really well. There is always a very great feeling knowing you did it yourself.

I used to have an Alpine 7894, and I believe it had some onboard time processing (digital delay could be adjusted for front and rear stereo speakers)... It was black with green/amber lighting. I never played around with the delay much, so I couldn't provide you with much feedback on its actual performance in this regard.

I picked up an eclipse 8443 for a good price so thats what I will be using. Thanks for the sugestions though. Next month I should be getting an audiocontrol eq to complete the system.
