forgive me, but it seems as though you haven't investigated this all to much. One would think that if you were actually seriouse about an investment in a tube amp, you'd have a little more information on them.. especially the price, I wouldn't exactly walk into a Ferrari Dealer and expect to pay 30k for a F430 or anything.

From reading previous posts authored by yourself, it seems that your tastes change often, or rather your goals that you want to achieve with your system...

there are more then one car .

i do not know my Ferrari $ dut if you need a 911 go see BOB C at MCL (the 911's i know)

butler is a pretty good amp, but they not comparable with c7.
C7 is on different level, until now c7 is the best amp I ever try.
Im not sure about milbert.

one of the best part about Vacuum Tube amp is you could away swap the tubes to get the sound your looking for.

The new US Amps tube amps are pretty good, you should check them out.

Why not listen to music the way it was recorded? instead of using a amp that changes the sound? Makes no sense to me..
