hey guys, just to keep you up to date...
I have done what was suggested, i.e changing where the rca cables run to the other side of the car away from the power cable and rerouted my ground cable. After around 12 mins of playing the subwoofers end up doing the same exact thing. The subwoofers keep vibrating. Now, when changing the rca cables and putting them to the other side of the car I did experience no noise. Somehow when i move the rca's close to the amp this problem still arises and when i move them away the problem stops. I cannot control what happens to the rca cables when the car is driving though and ontop of that I do not understand where I should put them. I have a 4 gauge ground and a 4 gauge power cord running, if this helps at all. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

try different cables.. the hot conductor may be touching ground.. if that doesn't do it try a ground loop isolator which will tell you if it's induced noise..
