how does the new pioneer deh-5100ub and pioneer premier deh-510ub stuck up to what you guys sugested and is the premier worth the extra 5$ (LOL)?

How crappy would this unit sound?

 

Say no to the dvd.... say yes to the Premiere as the $5.00 buys you a 2 year warranty vs. 1 year warranty (at least in Canada it does). Have you found a Kenwood Excelon 493 yet?

I’m not sure if you’re interested in waiting or not, but I will be installing my Eclipse CD7200mkII in a week and a half. I will do some extensive testing at that time and I can let you know then how it is.

I also found a review of it on the car audio mag website, might be worth taking a look at.

is Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X692 for $140 better then x493 $162?

 

Eclipse CD7200 mkII is a 599$ HU even with a discount its 399$ i don't think thats in my price range

 

Go for the Excelon 692.
