What sub, with SQ in mind.

What sub, with SQ in mind.
Hey, I've been looking around, and I really just want a sub to come give my setup that extra punch.
I currently have Rockford Fosgate 6X9s in the rear, and Alpine Type S 6½s up front connected to a Punch P4004 4 channel amp.
So far, I've narrowed it down to a Boston Accoustics G2, Cerwin Vega VMX, and an Alpine Type R. 10" models. They're similarly priced, so that's not really an issue.
I'll be going with a sealed enclosure. So, opinions as far as SQ goes ?

Yup, Eclipse aluminum, a 1.25 cu.ft. sealed box will yield better low end response, multi tone bass response and can play to a more than respectable volume level. It is available in either a single 4 ohm or dual 4 ohm version. After that I would more than likely side with the Boston sub, then the Alpine.

Since all the subs he listed are in the $300 range i dont think he's talking about W7s, IDMAXs, xxxs and titaniums which can cost upwards of $1000
I've only had experience with type rs myself and they are pretty nice, but they are real sensitive to distortion. If u dont watch your gains they'll pop on you and leave your car stinking for weeks.
