03 Altima - bose removal advice

I'm about to embark on a summer project. Have to take out this factory system and replace. Are there any tricks to taking out the HU? I've read a few posts that say for whatever reasons (they are a bit vague) that it is more complicated with the Bose upgrade.

Anyone work on one?

Have you bought a repair manual for it? The instructions to removing the radio and taking apart the dash trim should be in there.

Wear rubber gloves, make sure you have a trash can (with a secure lid). Place offensive Bose materials into trash can and secure lid so that the Bose gear does not make a break for it and wind up in another car again.
