2 amps on stock 80amp alt..?
Hey
Yeah, it is www.Westrock.ca. If you can find a local retailer it would probably be cheaper than having one shipped from here on the praries.

cool thanks. i am waiting on a reply from them now... just for curiosity
Grizzz, the "far more common" direct-fit 105amp alternator that will fit the plug.... for when i ask about it, is it for a Cavalier? or is it for another vehicle that has the same plug? just for ease of them checking inventory, etc.
and the 140amp ones with the same plug to fit my car, where would i find those? and what would be the stock vehicle for that? or is it aftermarket?
man, sorry for all the questions lol.. once i get some kickpanels fabbed up by a local guy here i'm definately going to want my components amped
thanks for all the info! it is definately appreciated

Ya, it's just a 105. Dixie # A1317
The larger 140amp, you'll have to go to a shop that knows what they're doing, not some shmuck at Auto Value. Tell 'em what ya wanna do, they may even want a peek under your hood, and they can figure it out. Probably a Dixie # A1548 should work, or similar.
