Arrow 2 Pre-AMP outs on a deck, need 3, can I split the "rear" one?

Hey Guys,

So like the topic says, is that possible? I mean, mear logic dictates it should considering its possible to do it in a home theatre environment, however the power is different

How about if voltage is an issue? if so the pre-amp outs are: 2.2volts each

the Deck is a Pioneer AVIC-U310BT

The reason why I ask is becuase I like this deck, and I also have a built in amp in my car, and a sub amp.

I could really care less about the rears as the fronts I have a set of components so the rears are just fillers.

Its a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse if it matters.

Thanks!

Wow your taking that into very hard factors. Very simple solution is to go buy the proper wires that splits 2 rc cables into 4 rc cables. it actually takes 1 rc cable and gives it 2 outputs. and then u buy another one and do it for the other rc cable and it will give u a totaly of 4. then run the two sets to each amp and your good to go. Also I believe at best buy and futureshop you can buy this little gadget that you plug 2 rca plugs from your radio into it and it gives you a few different outs. I cant remember what its called. But other people will know.

But I wouldnt bother cutting them if thats what you ment? Just use the wires I mentioned or buy that gadget.

Sorry, I should have clarified, when I meant splitting I meant an RCA splitter (which I have). I have 4 RCA's, but I needed 6.

Atleast you answered my question! Thanks!

If your worried about voltage get a line driver with a few sets of outputs. Plug in you deck rcas to the input, and run your rcas from the outputs on the line driver and raise the voltage a bit, but adjust your amps accordingly.
