I'm putting a Monster Tach in and any of the four coils I go to only give off a 1 cylinder reading to my tach and I was wondering if anybody knew if there was a four cylinder tach wire I can go to. Any of the tech support I have been to, will only tell me the basic Lancer and the two coil set up. Can there be another way to do this or is this the only tach signal I can get.

The other question is, is there a wire I could tap on to for the fuel rail or something?

 

green/white, is the engine speed wire below center of dash.

 

I'd stay away from the fuel rail...

You could go behind the gauge cluster; usually a surefire source, unless it's data or something stupid like that.
