hi
i just did an install in my car
i hooked up the amp sub and all that stuff
before i hooked the sub and amp up i had 4 speakers running off my head unit
then after the install i fired the system up and it worked good
then like 1 minute later all 4 speakerrs stopped working and just the amp and sub worked so there was no sound just bass playing from the sub
so thats where im at now dont know what the problem is

anyones help would be great

have you unhooked the sub/amp and seen if the speakers worked again?

 

Any fault lights on amp ? Did you hook 4 speakers into 4 channels of amp? If you just hooked 2 speakers in each channel , you 1/2ed the resistance on the channel and may have cooked final drivers in the amp! Did you to the big 3 upgrades? Did you swap speakers or just left factory install and wires ? What make of amp / s ? What happened as speakers cut out ? Any smoke ? Any noises ? Pops ? Clicks ? What did yo have the gains set to on the amp? Volume on HU = head Unit ? Need a li'l more info to work with !
