I plan on fiberglassing an 8" sub into the rear half of my center console in my 01' Sc2. My only concern is that the airbag sensor unit is mounted on the floor, in the front half of the console.. The enclosure itself is going to be seperate from the front half, yet still molded together. Anyone know if ill be eating airbag when the bass hits ? Thanks ~Nelson

 

If vibration from a handful of subs in the trunk / cab isn't going to set one off, the vibration from an 8 won't either...
