8guage ---> 12guage in my install wtf?

To be honest trying to support this local shop is trying my patients. First it took 6 hours to install 2 door speakers, run power and rca to the hatch, and put the sub/box amp in place. Then the guy lost a piece of plastic under the door handle that covers a screw. (on order from Ford so he said)

Evey time i go in there its hard to get service. To top it off me the big dummy here went in there today and bought 70 bux more stuff for the girlfriends 08 escape. Im doing that install myself buying parts from the dealers on this forum. Forbidden being one of them.

Im taking the i bought back there Monday 8 am, ill try and keep my patients and i want this fixed with a proper fuse for free.

its 12 not 10.

Shouldnt it bug me?? I mean really is that the way its done at a *shop* if so ill shut up. At least im not bashing them to death in public.

unless your current draw is more than 30-40 amps
there is no harm in using that fuse holder
those fuseholders are 99.999% more reliable that
agu's which are junk in my books

12awg is basically speaker wire.... I would really hope they didn't use that....

they'll fix it, don't worry about it. probably just ran out of bigger fuse holders.

Sorry guys, not trying to be an ***... The pic makes the reg look bloated. Red usually does that unless you compensate for it. (im a rookie photographer)

i was looking at the other wire and did not see that wire
i would have the shop redo it in 4g wire .
i like starting my set ups with 0 g wire
