I phoned future shop and they told me that a 97' civic doesn't need a dash kit, does anyone know if this is true? because I have seen dash kits for them...?

 

You can get a kit for it but you don't need one to put a deck in there.

 

Insted up listening to Future shop spend the xtra 2o mins and go to Robs Place (Forbidden Audio) More info Futureshop in my point of view are trained monkeys or PM him Cough cough rob sucks!jk i just really dislike futureshop and huge store fronts.

enough with the big box store bashing its getting tired and old...best kits tells you which kit you need, not the futureshop employess, just like metras fit kit book...etc..this vehicle is an iso mount from 96-98 i belive and you dont need to use a kit but there is a kit for it if u want to spend the extra money.
