if any has this amp.. what tuning should i be running those 12" subs at??

The amplifier has nothing to do with tuning of a box.

Are you asking where the crossover frequency should be set at on the amp? Probably set it around 80hz, and turn it down until the bass sounds fairly tight, or turn it up more, if you want more punch/midbass.
