I'm looking for a amp to run this 12" Stroker.

It's a dual 4ohm DVC.

Should I use 1 - 2ohm MONO amp or 2 - 4 ohm mono amps(1 on each coil)

Should I give it 1000w/rms or more?

I had a plethora of amps powering my Stroker 15. The best one was a Mmats D300HC. It might be much for the Stroker 12, but I don't know your box specs, and that does have something to do with the power you can run to the sub.

 

more power the better in my opinion , u can go an extra 500rms to it should be fine
