the question is is it worth the money (that liil detail which seems that can be solved by a simple wiring alternative - im not doubting the quality of it cuz it is the best amp so far i ever saw and heard)

It is a good amp, massively overpriced in Canada but a great amp. The trick is to match things together properly, not based on a misguided spec or a youtube video. Consider this, do you think a speaker cares what kind of signal is coming into it? If you have a 1,000,000 watt subwoofer, will it perform better or worse than a sub of 1000 watts if you only are putting 500watts into it?

A sub creates what it is given only, put 500 in, it puts 500 out. The trick is to know what the sub is for your application, then match it to the amp and then most importantly, match it to the box. If you screw up on the box, the best sub in the world matched to the best amp in the world is going to sound like a wet fart.

i know the amp power is what matters... also putting 500 into 10kW driver will prob burn the driver or fry the amp if used long term.... i know the resonance rules as well thats why i didnt build my enclosure.... it was made by ppl that know how to build them.... my goal here is to use this amp to the fullest since it is not being used at all.... nothing else... and i want a driver that doesnt waste power like mentioned jl sub i had for whole 3 days in a custom all fancy enclosure provided by jl used 400rms and all it did was humm... my current visonik (few times cheaper) punded better...
so im looking for 600 rms range competition sub 12 or 10... i dont think 15 is a good idea since all it put out is subsonic freq
i was also asking if its a good idea to hook up both subs(12 and 10 inch) into one ampive seen it done before just the trick is that they differ in resistance (1 dvc with 4ohm each 2nd dvc with 2ohm each at parallel to create 1.5 ohm total)

if all the JL sub did was humm I can without any doubt guarantee that the coild were wired opposing each other in the box. Wire paralell with 1 voil + going to the amps+ the other Coils + going to the amps - so the sub was just fighting itself. Visonik subs can get pretty loud, but the cone flex and distortion levels are atrotious. You should kept the the JL suba nd just had it wired properly..you'd have a MUCH better starting point

it came wired in the box from the factory.... one of those setups... i gave it back.... it had flex but very distorted and dirty after pushed... and ive heard they are quite fragile, that might be why...

you been hearing all the backwards stuff it seems. JL subs are not fragile, they make a helluva good product. Just the pricing in canada is poop, because the distributor is greedy.

If you want tonal response and a great small box option, the Eclispe SW7200. Price on it is about the $330 mark + gst and shipping. I would put it ahead of any one of the subs you are linking to on fleabay by a long shot.

In your car, with a one sub system, I would be doing a 12" for the increase in output.
