I already have a kicker amp kit installed, however, the 1/0 wire was stollen and all I really need is to replace that.
it gives you the option to fuse, so fuse.

i myself dont use fuses on my personal installs....

i will say, the inline fuse will go before you amp does. if you dont have an inline one, your amp will be toast... i learned that the hard way.

the fuses on the wire are to protect the wire from burning down your car if it shorts out or melts, so the one by your battery protects the wire from the battery to the trunk, the ones on the distro block protect the smaller gauge wire which is usually lower amperage from the block to the amp, you can only start big and go smaller with fuses and wire, basically if you have a 200 amp fuse at the start, the two fuses on the block cant be larger than that 200 amps total so 150 for the sub amp and 50 for the 4 channel, making it 200, all distro blocks will come with fuses unless you use a ground block which doesnt need a fuse cuz there isnt high amperage running through it just ground, same theory goes for wire, you cant split a four awg wire into two 4 awg wires it has to be less than the total so two 8 awg, so if you go with a run of 1/0 awg it can be split into two 4 awg wires at the distro block allowing massive ammounts of power to your amps keeping them running smoothly without over taxing the wire

100% incorrect. All the distro blocks I've used had no fuses. There's no need for a fused distro block, but if it's there it wont harm anything in most installs.

same theory goes for wire, you cant split a four awg wire into two 4 awg wires it has to be less than the total so two 8 awg, so if you go with a run of 1/0 awg it can be split into two 4 awg wires at the distro block allowing massive ammounts of power to your amps keeping them running smoothly without over taxing the wire
Again, if you can branch of from 4 gauge into 4 gauge it wont hurt anything. Besides, the sub amp will usually pull more current anyways. More reason to have larger wire for it if possible

You misunderstood my post, I did not say it wasn't possible to do I said it's not what you're supposed to do, you could run 4 awg from the battery and splice it with electrical tape onto some 0 awg and run that for a couple feet then split it back to ten runs of 8awg to your amps but the simple fact is that there's no point in doing it that way, why pay more to split a 4 awg into two 4 awg wires when over the two foot distance an 8awg wire will carry the same current just as well

A properly wired system will be the most cost effective and efficient, there is absolutely no benefit to what you have posted unless you've got extra wire handy but I have never seen any distribution block that has the same size inputs and outputs because of exactly what I said earlier, there are rules for a reason but if you choose to just do whatever you want you'll just end up wasting money

Stinger Electronics | Product Details

I'm not trying to be a douche or anything, but this is my most popular distro block.

Actually I just finished up the install on my girlfriends car today and I did 4 gauge to the rear, and split it to 4 gauge for sub amp, and 8 gauge to speaker amp.

Oh cool I've only ever seen those listed as ground blocks with the manufacturers I've dealt with but yeah we were specifically discussing the amp kits from knukonceptz which come with fuses and have larger inputs than outputs so I guess if he wanted to not use the one in the kit and buy an extra one that didn't use fuses he could do that it's just extra cash
