Amp power issue

Need some help. My 4 ch amp seems to be not powering up sometimes. I have a Pioneer MVH-P8200bt that I just put in. I run my front and rear Kenwood components from a 4 ch Clarion amp and a 10" Kaption sub (Canadian made!) from a 500w Bazooka mono amp. I have a single 20/22 gauge amp wire running from the HU to the 4 ch and one from the 4 ch to the mono. About 50% of the time my 4 ch amp won't turn on. I'll turn the HU off and on a few times and it'll usually turn on after a couple times. I have about three things running off the amp wire (the amp, my power antenna, and a 12 volt relay to bypass a stupid warning message on the HU...common Pioneer issue!). I checked the voltage on the amp wire and it's 10.35 volts. Don't know if I'm not getting enough power back there or if it's an amp problem? Could use a little help. Thanks.

I'm not too familiar with your issue. But I just did a quick search on "remote turn-on for 2 amps". From what I've read the general thought is that a proper relay placed in the turn-on wire can help create more amperage to turn on the equipment - if I understood it correctly.
I'm wondering if the relay you are using to by-pass the headunit's warning message is what is causing your problem.
Out of curiousity, what's the message warning about?

Also, would you be able to remove the relay just to determine if the amps power-up properly without it? That will indicate if that relay is indeed the issue...

Hope that helps.
