Bass problems

Ok boys, I got er fixed. Thanks for the input.
What I did was, reset the deck, set it back to subwoofer 2 mode for crossover and now the settings seem to be working fine

asked the guy what caused it... says it's the equalizers - shouldn't play with them and if it locks the bass again - reset.
Had this happening on two different Alpines

Alpine with quality control issues.... gotta love out sourcing
