best way to set up my system

Okay, i have a Kicker KX 350.2 amp (http://techshop.earthlink.net/p20601:S2601924) powering 2 x 12" Phoenix Gold Titanium subs (i think these are them: http://www.cardomain.com/item/PHOT12). I'm not 100% positive of the wattage of the subs, i bought them used from a friend. Anyways, they're set up in my car right now and it sounds pretty good. It's not bridged or anything. I was just wondering if theres a certain way to arrange this setup so i can get maximum bass? Or, if this is set up good, then i'll leave it how it is. Anyways, help is appreciated.
(if you click on 'subwoofer wiring options' on the subwoofer website under 'subwoofer specifications' i seleceted 2 woofers, single 4 ohms, and it gave me a diagram. right now, my set up has the + and - from sub #1 to the + and - inputs on the amp, and sub #2's + and - are connected to the remaining to + and - inputs on the amp, and i was thinking, there MUST be a better way to set this up so it sounds better, so i decided to ask the experts. If anyone can help, that'd be awesome!! thanks alot everyone!!)

Also, i posted about extending the antenna adaptor, i said i used 8g. wire, thats pretty big, i didnt use that big of wire. it was the same size as the actually adaptor wire (not too sure what size that is).

EDIT: i forgot to mention that my subs are in a dual 12" ported box that i got from future shop. It's not on their site anymore, so unfortunately i cant post a link for it.(

to maximize bass you're going to want to explore the options for an enclosure, that will gain you more bass using less power, and probably less money.
