Bi-Amping speakers?
Bi-Amping speakers?
Say I want to keep my stock head-unit and not install an amplifier, and want to install better front speakers.
Can I disconnect the speaker cables from the rear, run them back to the front, join them with the existing speaker wires and connect to the front speakers?
Ex:
Front (+) & Rear (+) --> Front Speaker's (+)
Front (-) & Rear (-) --> Front Speaker's (-)
Will that essentially double my power input to my front speakers? Or It'll create a short and blow everything up?
Tnx

that's not what bi-amping is. what you are talking about doing is bridging your amp.
if you are attempting this with your factory oem system, then i would not suggest it.
Bi-amping is when you have a comp set (6.5 mid and tweeter) so one amp would drive the 6.5 mid and then another amp or another channel on the amp would drive the tweeter
