Blown Amp Fuse

SO I really mucked up on my system, bought a new Clarion APX 1301(420RMS) had it running at 2 Ohms hooked upto my 3yr old MTX Thunder Sub(200W Max) I forogt that my sub was terrible so I blew my sub up and blew a fuse in my amp. Having this never happened and never researched I bought a new fuse yes it was the right one lol And the second i put it into the fuse slot it blew...scared the **** off me. Im clearly un informed on how to replace this. Have I broken my AMP along with this? Fri Aug 21st Im buying a Clarion 800W Sub to replace my broken one but before I install this I'd like to know what I need to do before I end up on my *** from the 12V shock??

Amp is toast, take it in for warranty. Do not continue to replace fuses in it.
