A quick question. I would like to buy a cut out tool for jobs around the house. Can it also be used to cut out holes for speakers in 3/4 inch MDF?

I'm thinking about either getting this

or this

I cut out speaker holes once every ten years.... hahaha.

I made my own jig from this site and I havent used it yet, but I am sure it will work great. Check it out...cost me less than $5 to make.
