Do anyone have any idea why amp turns off?

Well here is my problem.

Over a year ago I installed a an aftermarket clarion head unit. Which I added an RF fosgate amplifer p6001bd and a kicker 12 inch l5 sub wired at 2ohm. I ran the positive from the bat + and ground from the chasis from a screw that holds my seats in place. It has worked for like 5 months no mather what. My ligths were dimming and some of the lights even blown out in the intstrument cluster. I recently added a 1 farad boss cap. The lights were not dimming as much afterwards. Anyways a month later i added some highs and mids. I installed an eclipse ea4000. Which drives a pair on infinities and a pair of eclipses both are 6x9. Ever since I added this amp my rockford turns of when i try raise the volume over 18. Beforehand i was listening to it at volumes over 26 without having it turned off. This is the way it's installed now.
I still use the same wire set up. 1 run of 4 gauge wire to the positive terminal on the batt from the bat to the cap. From there to a distribution blocks with 2 60 amp fuses in it. 1 For eclipse and 1 for the Rockford. I spliced the ground cable from the chassis into 2 4 gauge ground 1 for rockford 1 for eclipse. The eclipse doesn't shut off no mather what volume i have it on.
But the Rockford shuts of at volumes over 16 and turns back on after 10 secs. and shuts off again after a few secs.

Could u guys pls help me fix this problem. And im also open to ideas which would improve my system.

Sorry for my grammar english is my 3 rd language

1 more thing to add.
I have clarion deck with 2 pairs of 2v preouts. 1 pair i use for the bass. And 1 pair i use for the 6x9's the pair is split into 2 pairs. I also seemto have a lot of ground noise. With the eclipse. But none with the rockford which drives the bass. What would help this problem and should i upgrade my clarion pro audio deck?

sounds to me like the power wire is starving for voltage and the amp shutting off due to voltage drop.
try a bigger power wire from the batt, or triple check your ground is good, try a different location for ground.

The noise is probably in all the speakers but you just can't hear it in the sub......I still say ground wire.

find the most solid piece you can find, seatbelt bolt holes are usually good, grind it down to bare metal and tighten it down as much as possible....if you're dimming, then your using more power than your electrical system can provide, you need to eliminate all the free solutions before spending money on it.

Some people have also told me that i need to charge up the capacitor everytime i use the system is that true? Or they dont know what they're talking about. Wouldn't it be better to have 2 full set of cable running from the battery? I have 2 sets of 4 gauge wiring. I can run 1 to the rockfor powering the bass with a cap and and 1 set for the eclipse powering the 6x9's. What would happen if i would take the ground straight from the battery for both amplifiers.

And just for info This car its a 2000 ford explorer 2dr. All electrical system is stock even the battery I think.

I have never run a cap and I dont know a thing about them, pretty sure you charge them once and that's it, but I could be wrong, and yes, the extra runs from the battery is also a good idea if you already have the wire, it will probably eliminate the noise issue as well.

What if I use 2 ground spots since the ground i am getting now i have an identical one on the other side. And i would connect that to the capacitor.
