I was just wondering what the best/easiest way to cut out part of a door panel would be?

I have an existing hole there, I just need to round out the top for the new speaker mounts I'm having built. I'd like to make the cut fairly clean if possible.

Try out a dremel or similiar rotary tool, if you just need a little taken off.
