Question door panel problem

hi its me!im really excited because i got my new door speakers.but i have a problem removing the door handle.The car i have is a 1993 toyota camry 4dr sedan.Also i dont have the manual.If someone can give me a pdf i will be happy =)

I take it you have manual windows? If you look between the crank and the door skin there is a c clip you have to remove. It can be a PITA if you don't have the right tool for it. I can give you a hand with it let me know.

u can get a tool for it at canadian tire for like 8$.. work wonders just slide it in behind the handle and pop it goes.. i sugest it cause its even more a pain to put back that c clip without it..

I just put the clip on the handle then jam it onto the stud. LOL Works everytime.

Why are u telling him how to remove window crank when hes asking about door handle?

Just thought i'd mention 2 things i use for window cranks (even though we have established that that isnt the reason for this post).
I had some old windshield wipers layin around that i ripped apart. I used the lil strips of steel found on them and just put a lil hook bend on the one end, and bent the rest like a handle to pull with. I put the hook end behind the crank and hook onto the clip and pull. Works every time
The other method only seems to work for some people and that's to put a cloth behind the crank and move it back and for a few times to snag the clip with it, then pull. I have gotten that to work for me, but took quite a bit of playing around.
Another thing to remember is to make sure the car is warm before taking panels and trim off. Cold trim and panels = usually broken. I do this all day for a living, so have plenty of bad experiences in the past. lol

thanks for everyones help! i think i will buy that tool from canadian tire =) and for the door handle.i will try it today and see if it works.Also thanks for the link danyman=p

no prob good luck and make sure the car is warm.. dont want to break that door handle lol.
