fiberglass box
Ok I did the backside of a custom box I'm meking in the wheelwell
I filled it up with water today and it has a couple leaks, it has 3 layers of matt so I dont really want to add more
what I was thinking was sealing it up with some spay truck bed liner or something like that
any suggestions
Thanks

I was told if I use the cloth I would need like 6 layers but if I used matt I could half that amount
The water was to see how many liters the box was,its going to be about 23-25 liters
good for a 10 right?

23-25 litres is gonna be hard to port - that's under one cubic foot
I would add a couple more layers of fibreglass personally. If you don't think you need it then merely paint on a couple more coats of resin on the inside and it should seal up fine.

fill it with water again and outline in black felt where it is leaking from. Add some more resin to it and let it soak in real good, add some more matting, another layer or so. If you have any excess resin, use it on the exterior of the box in these areas as well, the resin may be able to drip into the cracks in the shell from the outside.
