Yeah i can understand...I used to go small too. But it got larger as i got older...If you know what I mean. [img]graemlins/jack.gif[/img] but anyway.

Back to your problem...put about 2-3 rolls of duck-tape on there. hahaha. it will turn out fine. I promise! [img]graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

well here is the finished box
I think is sounds pretty good
any suggestion on where to get a grill for it

Hey that looks pretty good. For a grille, as the woofer is recessed, I would use a standard waffle grille and use 4 of your mounting screws to hold it on (put them under the rubber gasket around the edge of the grille)

Hell you could probably carpet a waffle grille and it would friction fit and really camoflage the box.

will carpet on the grill hold back too much sound or where can I buy grill cloth?

I hate thoses waffer grills it looks so flea market to me
