Just a question but why would you mix resin and body filler together to reinforce from behind when you could make your own 'kitty hair' by mixing up resin and chopped up fiberglass mat? Would be cheaper and stronger since you are getting the fibrous advantage of the mat compared to body filler which really has no strength of it's own?

WHen you guys say body filler, you mean, two stage putty...right? Fiberglass putty...right? There is a difference between polyester putty and body filler...body filler should only be used on bare metal...polyester putty can be used on pretty much anything.
