Well then, I guess his amp will be OK, but I dunno about ever getting it to turn on with a speaker lead?

I think what should be posted here is how the remote lead on the amp actually works.

The only reason i had asked about the LOC is because the local dealer told me this. So dont go thinking i know absolutely nothing on the subject at hand.

Cmon people, the only reason there would be a turn-on lead on a LOC is if it is and Active one like Audio control's. Every other LOC I know of is passive and connects directly to speaker leads...by the way...the wire your dealer might of been talking about is the extra wire that comes with all LOC's...it is a seperate ground to ground to a clean source ground.

Come on guys, give me a break. It was the first time i've ever worked with a passive LOC. Hey, there may be some things i know nothing about, but i know a hell of a lot more then most.
