Help with basic setup in 240SX Fastback

I picked up a 10" Infinity Reference 1052W DVC 4ohm sub mounted in a bassworx box with a Rockford Fosgate P200.2 dual channel amp. I believe the sub is wired 2ohm to a single channel (out of the 2 channels). So this should give 100 RMS at 2ohm with a single channel operating, which should be plenty for my taste. I'm going for deep, tight bass.....without too much volume (quality over quantity :P).

The car (1993 Nissan 240SX Fastback) already has an Alpine mp3 deck in it, with 2 RCA preamp outs, I believe. I just got the car, and all the stock speakers are crackling and rattling. I bought 100W RMS Scosche HD Audio 6.5's for the front with removable tweeters, haven't mounted them yet, waiting for the 6x4 to 6.5" adapter to be shipped. I can prob do this myself if necessary.

There's 2 RCA wires and two other wires coming out from behind the back seat, so I believe the wiring for a sub setup is already there. I don't want to fry the amp or blow the sub, so I'm looking for someone to help me install it. Everything is basically done, just need connections to be made, hopefully. The sub and amp are already connected together, the headunit is fully functional, and I have the 6.5" speakers ready too.

After the sub system is hooked up, I'm not sure what I would have to do to secure it to the car, right behind the rear seats, with the subwoofer facing towards the rear. Any suggestions?

I'm located in Scarborough, and I'm willing to pay for some "in person" advice or help with the installation's final steps.

If there's any fellow Nissan 240SX members/fans, that would be super cool lol.

Thanks for reading this long post, but I wanted to give as much details as possible.

Look at the back of the deck close to the RCA's. You should see SW somewhere close to one of the RCA outs. If the amp is mounted to the bassworks box, then just make it's at least level. For the front 6.5's, just take the old ones out and the speaker led's should still be there, so just plug them in accordingly.

I don't want to take out the deck. I took a second look at the wires in the hatch. There is one wire attached to the chassis, which is the ground. There are a bunch of speaker wires as well, ziptied together. There is a thick wire with a U plug on it, in the bunch of ziptied wires that seems to go to the front of the car. I believe this is the power from the battery.

Some more good news, there's a strap with mounts drilled into the chassis, and I can use it to hold the sub box down . Awesome.....

I just need someone to come here in person so I don't fry my amp connecting it wrong, it'll really help, its a 5 min job now that I know all the wires are there.

The ground wire and a few speaker wires seem to have been cut......so I guess I'll have to clip off a bit of the ground wire so I can stick it in the terminal for the amp. BTW, should I cut the power cord too, since it has U plug at the end, and the amplifier seems to want to take the bare wire in the screw clamp.

There is no remote for the Rockford Fosgate P200.2 supplied.......but there's a plug for it however, if I can get a hold of one.

As for the RCA's should I plug both the red and the white one into the amp? I have the sub connected to the left channel of the 2 for the output.

I know I sound noobish.....but I dont wanna break anything so I'm oversimplifying and asking seemingly stupid questions, just for double confirmation.

Update: I wired the tweeters and midrange to the crossover. Also I top mounted the 6.5s on the eBay speaker bracket. I need to take off the car's door panel now to proceed.

Is there a place in the GTA that sells cheap speaker baffles? (those things that prevent water from getting to the speaker)
Also, I want to flush mount my tweeter to the door, but I need to drill a 1.5" hole there. How should I go on doing this?

Thanks.
