High input power LOC's?
High input power LOC's for Audi B&O subwoofer?
I'm adding an additional aftermarket subwoofer to my Audi B&O system and I'm in need of a line output converter that is capable of high input power. I'm planning on tapping off of the OEM subwoofer amp output because of the B&O DSP/crossover processing is already taking place. Also, the input to the B&O amp can't be used because it's a proprietary digital feed. The B&O sub amp is 1x125W (by itself) and most common inexpensive LOC's are typically rated for 80W (input) max.
The ones that are typically mentioned are AudioControl LC2i, Cache cloc-d and MTC reQ. Are there others that I should consider? Any relevant feedback about these or any other related products?
I'm suspecting that the B&O system doesn't equalize the sub output so I don't think the LC2i or reQ's sub "enhancement" circuitry is an absolute must.
Sub is Stereo Integrity BM MKIII in 'glass enclosure
Amp is JL XD600/1
The rest (for now
) is 14 speaker B&O

....also a followup question. Does anyone know where in the GTA or Golden- horseshoe that I can purchase an AudioControl LC2i? It seems that AudioControls distribution in Canada isn't healthy right now. There is always online but for warranty sake I would rather buy from a local dealer.

Bit the bullet myself and ordered it online from ebay, buy12volt_com I think it was where I ordered it from. Still waiting for it and as per UPS, it should arrive today. With Canada post being on strike, they shipped it UPS. I am expecting the usual high fee associated with brokerage fees with UPS... oh well...
