Go to wal-mart/canadian tire and you can buy a single input to duel output plug them in and it will work great.

old nexxtech cd player was like that it was actually pretty loud when i did this.

Y connection is fine. but since your deck is a cheapy i would suggest putting a line driver between and you will be gold.

If you would like two amps (sub amp and highs amp) and only have 2 rcas, you have a couple options.

The first is to split the 2 rcas into 3 or 4 as ppl have mentioned, you need to have both left and right going to your high amp to get stereo sound.

Second choice(if your amps have rca outputs??) is using the output rca's on one of the amps and just link one amp straight to the next.

Either way works, it's only the voltage level of the RCA's at the amps you might need to think about.

Unless your HU has a 4-5 volt output(not likely) I agree with splpassat about a possible adding a linedriver. Or a better deck at some point.

So, when you have it all hooked up, and you crank the gains, if you're not getting the volume, a LD would bring the input voltage at the amps up allowing you to turn the gain down ( generally better sq)
