There are a couple of ways to wire your subs to this amp. In all cases though, it is not possible to get 300w x 2. This is 100% the wrong match of subs to amp. The ideal way to wire the subs is in a series / parallel circuit that will yield a 4 ohm combined load and wire to the bridged output of half the amplifier. This leaves the other half of the amp to power the front speakers or rear speakers. This circuit will deliver 150w to each subwoofer and is the safe way to wire the subs to this amp. Ideally, change the amp or change the subs.

ok, so a 2 channel amp around 600 watts would be best? That way I could wire them in paralel/paralel?

No, 99.99% of 2 channel amplifiers are stable only to 4 ohm mono or 2 ohm stereo. While this may work, it is going to necessitate a fairly large 2 channel amplifier to get the power you may be looking for. A better option is a mono amp designed and engineered to operate at 1 ohm. This will allow you to run at 1 ohm and in a all parallel circuit.
