I need help with my 2003 chev impala

hello, im brand new to installing car audio, and i need some questions answered about my 2003 Chev Impala, i just purchased an new head unit, front speakers, and rear speakers, i would like to just put out there that i know next to nothing about this kind of stuff, but i am willing to learn as much as i can, so please no trolling. so first question that i have is that my head unit, which is an JVC KW-610, my front speakers are JVC CS-V637 6.5 and the rear ones are JVC CS-V627

-How complicated would it be to install it into the car? willl my steering wheel still have the controls for volume, radio, and such?
- will the head unit be able to power all speakers because on the box it says 20rms for 4 channels but the rear speakers are 30rms each?

That depends. For me, not very, but I've been doing this a while. For you, a novice, it may be quite a challenge. You didn't mention any parts - you will need a dash kit (that's a double din deck right? is your dash double din?), antenna adaptor, and wiring harness with interface - hopefully you don't have OnStar or Bose...

willl my steering wheel still have the controls for volume, radio, and such?

Not without additional parts.

Yes it will power them.

So i took the door panel apart and on crutchflied it says the fronts are 6.5s but the holes did not match up with i took the stock speaker off and i tried putting the jvc one in but the holes did not match up also i heard i did not need the that speaker harness that the stock speaker is hooked up to? Is this true and if it is how do i hook it up?

Go on youtube and see what videos you can find showing how to install with you vehicle .
There are tons of "how to" vids out there and im sure you can find plenty of impala vids becuase its a popular car.

Most GM cars newer than 2000 need more than just a basic wire harness adaptor (the harness for the JVC has both a different shape plug and has different colors than the Chev harness). The one you need, provided you do not have Bose or OnStar is generally available from a shop for $120-$150

GM is also notorious for having goofy speaker mounting, especially in the doors. A stereo shop should have adaptors available or you can make your own.

Well iy looks like the head unit is out of the question i just dont have that much to throw at it.. But the speakers.. Can i just drill new holes into the plastic speaker mount? Would that work? And sincr the head unit is no longer a go will these aftermarket speakers be fine with the stock head unit?
