Install ideas needed for new Alpine PDX amps
Hey guys,
I will be installing 2 new Alpine PDX amps in my car and need some advice.
As you may know the Alpine PDX amps are stackable so I wanted to take advantage of that and mount them in a false floor in my hatch. I would like to stack them and have them on some sort of manual mechanism so if I push on them they will raise up from the floor... kind of like the old old old sewing machine tables where the sewing machine was mounted inside and you push on the top and it slides up...
Any way, does anyone have any ideas on how I can do this without using up too much mounting depth? I don't have a lot of room in my tach (Chrysler Crossfire) so I am trying to keep everything and minimalistic and tight as possible.
Thanks!
