I am installing a pair of 6.5 inch Focal Acces 1 running them to a 2 channel Orion amp (CS150). I have everything all hooked up, the amp light is on that indicates there is power, yet all I get is a muffled distorted sound out of them.
What the hell could I have done wrong?

 

try checking all the wires, make sure there not touching each other anywhere

 

check the crossover on the amp, it might be set to low pass (like it would be for a sub). If it's only getting low frequencies it might sound muffled.
