Interesting issue with my interface module..

Last night, I was cruising around, running errands and I noticed that my HU, Amps and bass **** were staying on after turning the vehicle off and opening the door (which triggers the interface module to shut everything down which stays on until you do so (open the door that is) as a courtesy)

I got home and pulled the HU out and unplugged the module for 5 minutes, plugged it back in and put it back together and everything was kosher again.

This install is about 3-4 weeks old and was working fine prior to and after resetting it, anyone experienced this? Fluke or should I get the wiring kit warrantied?

I take it this in in a GM with RAP? Could be a fluke or it could be shot hard to say until it does it again. I guess how easy it is for you to uninstall and return it will decide for you. 5-10 minutes to take it out and you can walk in and leave with a new one without spending too much time driving or waiting for shipping consider it now. If it is going to be a big hassle I'd wait until it does it at least once more. Just my $0.02.

Yeahp, GM With RAP; the only thing I did was pop open the module and disconnect the speaker as I really didn't want muffled chimes coming out of my dash.

Anyways, it hasn't done it today so I think it may have just been a fluke.

Now on to other issues. x_x
