LCD Headrest monitor wiring question.

I am buying 2 7 “ lcd to mount in my headrest, it said in the manual the best way to power these is to run wire straight to the battery, but I would like to wire it up so it only works when the stereo is on, tying into the acc wire of the stereo, would that provide enough power to run them? I know if I run them straight to the battery, my kids will leave them on and kill my battery cause the have power buttons on the monitors, thoughts?

They don't have something to support a remote-on connection from the deck?

Or maybe a toggle switch would work.

Wire from battery, through an ignition controlled relay, would be best.
