Q)1
i have 4awg running down drivers side of car
i have rca's running down pasengers side of car
what side do put speaker wires for no noise issues, power side? (keep rca's on their own?)
Q)2
how close to the altinator can my power line be under the hood? does it matter? i have to cross the car to get to battery, possibly attaching next to atinator as i go.

Q1) I slapped my RCAs down the same side as the speaker wires and am having no problems with noise. You might even be able to get away with the speaker wires with the power cable.
Someone correct me if I am wrong but the RCAs are much more subject to induction from outside sources than the regular speaker level wiring, so the RCAs are the ones to worry about.
