no it wouldnt... i built one for the 15" XXX as i was plannin on buying it however after building it and not having it fit, i decided to go with a 12", at 4 cu feet tuned to 28hz there was no way it was goin in my trunk..

That's funny considering there's a pic of one in my SD page with a RE HC15 in the trunk of my car which has the same trunk as yours.

The thing is,with or cars you have to build half the box in the car to get like a xxx15 are 18.It can be done

No you do not. Mine slid right in and it easily could have been done with another 1.5net on it.

my buddy had a 15 re xxx in his cavvy same gen as urs...i think 5 cu ft box....nice and low lol loud too 145 dbs

would any of you happen to know the dimensions of these boxes? cause i measured and the max i could fit was 34" x 14" x 20", the box i ended up makin was 17" x 27" x 13.5"

Trunk base to deck bottom metal is 16.5-17". You can't use the full 34" width as the metal top corners will limit you to ~30" (with the plastic side trim pieces off of course) but at least you will have the height in the enclosure to use a 15" driver. So my last 15" driver enclosure was 17"x30"x?
Make it as deep as you need it.

the soundstage isnt the greatest.. im contimplating getting some upstage tweeters and acutally placing them correctly... i want to get kicks but i dont think i could deal with the reduced legroom its already a bit cramped for me as it is
