Hey guys, I need to get 2 13inch long 4inch in diameter flared aero ports. I would prefer to get ports with flares on both ends but if I can get em with just 1 end flared that would be fine. Where can I pick them up in hte GTA and for how much. Also when calculating port length do I need to do 13inches + the flared ends or 13inches including the flared ends?

 

heheehhe, i want to see if anyone knows where to get them first then if not i will tell you a place you can get them at.

 

im pretty sure you can get em at perfect tones but thats kinda far for me.

so 10" + each flared end is 2.25 inches is what your saying Dukk?

 

I've used the 4" Aeroports. Got them from an indy RF dealer like Dukk said; forget how much$. They come with flares for both ends. The actual length will be about 1" longer than your calculated length because of the flare factor (just made that up myself [img]graemlins/freak.gif[/img] ).
The flaring reduces the effective length of the port. It comes with instructions. I liked them.

do u guys know that RF and Lighting Audio aero ports are not proper ports?? they are smaller in diameter and the flares are smaller and do not function properlly.

Let me add that both of the examples shown above claim to be 4 inches in diameter....but you can see for yourself that one of the products is smaller than the other

which ones? the fake ones were like 25 bux each i think and the proper ones are about $20usd each.

 

that is exactly what it is, precision sound ports. thats what i have.
