I just bought a Pioneer DEH 2700. At first I blew a fuse in the fuse box, replaced that, now i've blown the fuse in the cd player twice. I have never gotten this thing to run yet. Any idea's on why I kill fuses? Thanks

Check power wire to HU. Bare wire touching ground somewhere. Pinched , tight bend over sharp sheet metal .

I'm pretty sure I've checked all the wires... could it be something internal in the CD deck itself?

Possible... more then likely its a bad speaker wire or a problem with one of your speakers.....
