Hi guys,
I just finshed installing my new deck in my bmw 325is 1993 and everything seems to be fine. all the light turn on and everything is a good fit but the only problem is that i have no sound!!! i dont know wat is wrong. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. I think there is no singal from the factory amp to deck but than again i did use the right fitting to convert the stock adapter to the new deck adapter does anyone know wat i need to do. please let me know i need this done by tommorow

 

check to make sure you are turning your factory amp on. Are you conecting the blue/white wire from your deck to any thing?

 

^^^^ What he said... I had the same prob with the beemer for some reason...turned out I had to run a new power wire to the stock amp...it was the strangest thing b/c the fuse was all good but no sound until I by-passes the stock power wire...go figure

 

Thanks alot guys i got it to work. all i had to do was connect my att wire to the remote and that turned on my factory amp once again thanks
