I never understood electricity and audio...i know im a noob

like the title says. i am going to order 2 of the Rockford Fosgate P3 10" Dual Voice Coil subs from ebay, but i dont know which one of the ohms to buy and if my amp can handle it. i need 2 becuase i have a box for 2, its sealed.

Can I buy 2ohm or the 4ohm pair of subs?
Which subs can my amp handle?
Can you bring down the ohms without increasing watts?

Specs on my amp:
*1800watts @1ohm
*1200watts @2ohm
*monoblock amp
*1 ohm stabe
*4x 40amp fuses


Specs P3 10" on each sub: (both ohms are the same specs)
*400 Watts RMS Power Handling
*800 Watts Peak Power Handling
Impedance 4 Ohms (for the 4ohm sub)

Specs T1 10" on each sub: (both ohms are the same specs)
*RMS: 600 watts
*Peak: 1,200 watts
Impedance 4 Ohms (for the 4ohm sub)
