ok heres the trick. go to your lockal audio shop that carries p.a.c products and ask for a tr-7 module, it was actually ment for a alpin dvd player with the e-beake and foot brake activation. but it works very well on the pioneer hu's as well

i have no idea, we aent a dei dealer, just ask your local shop if they deal with staub electronics, if so then they deal in pac

are you 100% sure that the pac tr7 will do the trick for this unit though?

i know it worked on some of the previous units but with this one it looks for a power squence something like on than off than on as you have to pull the brake up than back down than back up as far as i understand the relay would only send a positive signal than a ground correct?

i know the tr-7 works with most other indash dvd players but with the pioneer units they look for a sequence in power which i do not think the tr-7 or the 528t will do.

just wire a relay to ground the lt.green brake wire when you turn the deck on, ie off the remote turn on wire.

$5 relay> $25-$50 pac module
